This Cookie Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) has been developed in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 N 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data". Its application is one of the measures to protect the personal data of users of the chocoladovo.by website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the owner of which is Montbruk LLC (Republic of Belarus, 220131, Minsk, Galo St., 148/2 - 14) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The Statement explains to users of the Site how and for what purposes the Operator processes cookies and how users can control the processing process.
3. Concepts and definitions used in this LPA:
3.1 Cookies are small strings of data that are transmitted to the user's device browser when visiting the Site and with the help of which the Site remembers a number of details about the user and his device, for example, personal preferences and user settings;
3.2 IP address - a unique address that identifies a device on the Internet;
3.3 Browser - application software for viewing web pages;
3.4 Web analytics tools - web resources that collect, in particular, the following information about user behavior on the Site: the number of unique 3.5 users, the time the user spends on the Site, the depth of page views, transitions within the site, user actions;
Site user - an individual using the Internet who has visited the Site to perform any actions;
3.6 Session on the Site - the time interval during which the user interacts with the Site from the moment they go to the Site until the end of the browser session;
3.7 Device - a computer, mobile phone or other device of the user from which the Site is logged in.
The terms "personal data" and "personal data subject" are used in the meaning defined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 N 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data".
4. The Operator processes cookies in order to:
• ensure the security of the Site users;
• ensure the correct functioning of the Site;
• collect analytical information about the user's interaction with the Site to improve the user experience.
Cookies are not used to identify a specific user of the Site.
COOKIES USED AND USER INFORMATION OBTAINED WITH THEIR HELP
5. The Operator processes the following types of cookies:
5.1. Technical cookies.
Ensure the correct functioning and safe use of the site. Such cookies do not store information about the user for use for marketing purposes. The Operator does not transfer them to third-party analytical systems.
5.2. Functional cookies.
They are used to personalize the user experience of the website in response to the user's actions (they are saved after the user first defines the settings for the website theme, language, location, etc.).
5.3. Analytical cookies.
To improve the user experience, the Operator uses web analytics tools: Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica. The latter independently determine the types and storage periods of cookies and can change them if necessary.

6. The list of cookies used by the Operator with their descriptions and storage periods is provided in Appendix 1, which is an integral part of the Regulation.
7. When processing cookies, the following information about the user (concerning the user) may be obtained:
• information about the pages of the Site that the user visited;
• the number of visits by the user to the Site during the month;
• information about the operating system and browser used by the user's device;
• IP address;
• session duration when visiting the Site.
The Operator collects this information in accordance with the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of the Regulation.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING COOKIES
8. Technical cookies are required to ensure the full and correct functioning of the Site and its safe use. The Operator processes them regardless of whether the user provides consent.
Such cookies cannot be disabled using the functionality of the Site. However, the user can do this through the browser settings (the relevant instructions are prescribed in paragraph 10 of the Regulation). If technical cookies are disabled, the Operator does not guarantee the correct operation of the Site.
9. With regard to other cookies (functional and analytical), the Operator requests the Site user's consent to processing. For these purposes, an information banner with the following options pops up on the Site:
• accept all cookies. By clicking on the corresponding button, the user agrees to the processing of functional and analytical cookies;
• reject all. By choosing this option, the user prohibits the Operator from processing any cookies except technical ones.
Completely disabling cookies-files will make the work on the Site less convenient. In particular, without functional cookies, the user will have to set the language and theme of the Site, and specify their location every time they visit the Site. Disabling analytical cookies will not allow the user's experience with the Site to be taken into account in order to improve the user experience;
configure cookies. By clicking on the corresponding button, the user goes to the settings, where they can allow the processing of specific cookies.
After the expiration of the cookie storage period, the information banner will be shown to the user again.
10. The user has the right to change their choice regarding consent to the processing of cookies at any time. Cookie settings can be set in the relevant section of the Site, the link to which is located at the bottom of the main page of the Site.
The user can also manually clean the device and (or) refuse the use of cookies through the browser configuration settings.

• Opera;
• Safari;
• Yandex Browser.
When visiting the Site in "incognito" mode, some types of cookies are not saved.
CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF COOKIES
11. The Operator, based on the user's consent, carries out cross-border transfer of information collected using analytical cookies.
For the provision of information and analytical services, the processing of cookies is entrusted to:
• OOO "GOOGLE" (legal address: Russian Federation, Moscow, Letnikovskaya St., 2, building 1);
• OOO "Yandex" (legal address: Russian Federation, Moscow, L. Tolstoy St., 16).
The named organizations, in accordance with paragraph 1 of the order of the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated November 15, 2021 N 14 "On the cross-border transfer of personal data", are located in a country included in the list of foreign states on the territory of which an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured.
ASSISTANCE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF COOKIES
12. The User has the right to contact the Operator for assistance in exercising their rights on issues related to the processing of cookies in one of the following ways:
• in person;
• by sending a written application by mail to the address: Republic of Belarus, 220131, Minsk, Galo St., 148/2 - 14;
• by sending an application in the form of an electronic document containing an electronic digital signature of the personal data subject to the email address s.marketing@chocoladovo.by.
13. For assistance in exercising their rights, the personal data subject may also contact the person responsible for implementing internal control over the processing of the Operator's personal data by sending a message to the email address: s.marketing@chocoladovo.by.
14. The Regulation shall enter into force on the date of approval by the Director of the Operator.
15. The current version of this Regulation is freely available on the Website.
16. The Operator has the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Regulation at any time.
17. The draft updated Regulation shall be posted on the Website for review by users at least 10 working days before it comes into force.
18. Issues related to the processing of personal data that are not regulated by the Regulation shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
